I am hap­py to announce that as of Sep­tem­ber 6th, 2021, Elis­a­bet­ta Cesa­roni has joined CAPLINQ as Cus­tomer Ser­vice & Order Process Admin­is­tra­tor. Work­ing out of our offices in Assendelft, the Nether­lands, Elis­a­bet­ta will delight our cus­tomers with the ser­vice they expect and ensure orders are entered and processed in a time­ly manner.

Elisabetta couldn’t have come a moment too soon

Though Elis­a­bet­ta has been with us already for almost four months, she came at a per­fect moment. Tem­porar­i­ly fill­ing in for her col­league with mater­ni­ty leave, she will allow our cus­tomer ser­vice team to expand, pro­vid­ing an even bet­ter, more time­ly cus­tomer experience.

I have worked in Cus­tomer Ser­vice and Sup­ply Chain for many years. I con­tin­ue to enjoy work­ing with cus­tomers and have always been fas­ci­nat­ed by the in and outs of logis­tics and sup­ply chain man­age­ment. I also enjoy help­ing peo­ple and feel­ing part of a team with a com­mon goal.

Though Elis­a­bet­ta will be join­ing our cus­tomer ser­vice team, she will be bring­ing more skills and scope to the posi­tion. She likes to learn new things, study and ana­lyze com­plex sit­u­a­tions and under­stand the log­ic behind a process or a pro­ce­dure. As such the team will be able to learn from Elis­a­bet­ta as much as she will be able to learn from them.

Elis­a­bet­ta comes to us as a Mas­ter of Arts in Con­tem­po­rary His­to­ry, which helps her under­stand the cul­tur­al diver­si­ty of both her cus­tomers as well as her col­leagues. Need­less to say, Elis­a­bet­ta loves read­ing books and they have been an impor­tant part of her life since she was a child. For her, they are the gate­way to new worlds that allow her to expand her knowl­edge and per­spec­tive on real­i­ty and culture.

Elis­a­bet­ta also loves learn­ing new lan­guages and trav­el­ing to far­away places. For her stud­ies, she trav­eled to Spain and Argenti­na, but her new obses­sion is East Asia, espe­cial­ly South Korea and Japan. She has vis­it­ed Japan twice already and I am look­ing for­ward to vis­it­ing South Korea. Aside from being a cul­ture-junky, she is also a food-junky, espe­cial­ly Asian cui­sine (obvi­ous­ly!)

Elisabetta to support and serve our European customers

Key to this role will be to accept and process cus­tomers’ orders includ­ing the many excep­tions which make this posi­tion so dynam­ic, chal­leng­ing, and engaging.

Orga­ni­za­tion­al­ly, Elis­a­bet­ta will report to the Cus­tomer Ser­vice and Sup­ply Chain Man­ag­er, but she will inter­act with all depart­ments as she under­stands and exe­cutes the many orders, sam­ples, and deliv­er­ies that occur in a giv­en week.
