Glass Cloth Tapes
Glass Cloth tapes and films are solvent and chemical resistant, ideal for a wide array of high temperature applications. Their high strength glass cloth backing in combination with the heat resistant adhesives allow them to be used in projects that require stability and high performance.
Acetate, Aluminized or even PTFE coated and impregnated Glass cloth tapes come with a large variety of single and double sided adhesives with the possibility of a release liner.High tack Silicone, Acrylic and Rubber adhesives are suitable for a variety of applications and can provide flexibility, resist edge fraying and rotting and conduct themselves agains solvents and abrasions.
Common applications for glass cloth tapes and films include and are not limited to: High-temperature coil insulation wrap, Harness wrapping, and masking splicing, Powder coating Slot cell edge taping, Bundling and banding heavy gauge magnet wire, Conveyor belts, Bulkheads, Engine covers, Thermal sprays and insulations.
