You have an invalid token!

(Don't worry, we think can get this fixed for you)

Why did this happen?

This could happen for a number of reasons, the most likely of which is because you have logged in earlier on another browser tab somewhere.

How do I fix this problem?

The section below outlines many of the causes for an invalid token error and offers ways to get you back on track.

Most likely causes and their solutions

Logged in in another window browser

Multitaskers often have multiple window browsers open. If you are logged in to www.caplinq.com on one tab in a window browser, and have another tab open where you are not logged in, and have not refreshed the page, you could get an "invalid token" error message. If this is the case, close one of the window browsers that is on www.caplinq.com and click the key "F5" on your keyboard to refresh the page and try again. If this doesn't work, you may have to close the browser completely and restart it again.

Your browser has expired cookies

A cookie is a small piece of data sent from a website and stored in a user's web browser (Internet Explorter, Firefox, Safari, Chrome) while the user is browsing that website. In the case of caplinq.com, this could be the items in your shopping cart. If you are inactive for a long period, your cookies "expire", and the cookies caplinq.com expects you have are no longer there. Deleting the cookies (see this link on How to remove cookies from any browser) and logging in again will fix the problem.

Disabled cookies on browser

As mentioned earlier, cookies are needed to remember which items you have in your shopping cart. If cookies are disabled on your browser then you will definitely see this problem. Enabling cookies will fix it. Follow this link to find out how to enable cookies on any browser.
