MG6-0330 is designed for high voltage applications requiring excellent electrical insulation and a large mold shot. It is the best price-to-performance product in the CAPLINQ portfolio, as it provides outstanding electrical insulation and protection for high voltage parts at the lowest material cost.

MHG6-0330 is often used on very large bushings that use up to 5 kg of epoxy mold compound per mold shot. MG6-0330 is very tough epoxy mold compound with excellent thermal shock and themal cycle resistance. MG6-0330 is UL 94 V-0 listed and is our best price-to-performance compound for applications that require excellent electrical insulation and protection at the best possible price. UL 94 Rating UL 94 Rating Flammability rating classification. It determines how fast a material burns or extinguishes once it is ignited. HB: slow burning on a horizontal specimen; burning rate less than 76 mm/min for thickness less than 3 mm or burning stops before 100 mm V-2: burning stops within 30 seconds on a vertical specimen; drips of flaming particles are allowed. V-1: burning stops within 30 seconds on a vertical specimen; drips of particles allowed as long as they are not inflamed.
