Injection Moldable version of MH20-01 Epoxy Mold Compound

MH20-01 IM is the injection moldable version of MH20-01. It is formulated to have an extra long flow so it can be used in the injection mold compound equipment. Aside from this, is a very tough epoxy mold compound with excellent high temperature resistance. It is used in applications that use thermoset plastics instead of thermoplastics because of the high temperature requirements.

A short-flow version is available as MH20-0686. The standard version is available as n injection-moldable version is available as MH20-01.
